Fellowship for Rabbinic Entrepreneurs
The Fellowship for Rabbinic Entrepreneurs (FRE) is a one-year fellowship for rabbinical students and early-career rabbis and clergy of all denominations who seek to build the communities they wish to serve. Fellows are launching or expanding new, independent initiatives or communities; or seeking to expand the reach of legacy institutions with new ventures. Over the course of the year, Fellows will seek to build new forms of Jewish community. Fellows receive in-depth training in the principles, practices, and approaches necessary for entrepreneurial community-building. With mentoring and coaching, Fellows create, pitch, launch, and grow their ventures. Fellows will receive a generous stipend, will be eligible to apply for modest seed funding, and given guidance as they pitch to external funders for their projects.

Fellowship for Rabbinic Innovation
The Center for Rabbinic Innovation is a one-year fellowship for mid-career clergy who are looking to launch entrepreneurial projects that reach beyond the walls of a synagogue or institution. This fellowship is for clergy who want to develop relationship-driven community projects, with those Jews and people with Jewish interest who may not connect with more conventional synagogue Judaism.
Fellows receive a significant stipend in addition to mentorship and educational programming and the program is held over the course of the academic year (beginning in October) similar to our Fellowship for Rabbinic Entrepreneurs. The program is for clergy with at least eight years of field experience who plan to serve in the field for at least seven more years.

A springboard towards implementing your vision for your community in the coming year
Join a select cohort of 15-20 clergy peers to receive support and guidance in iterating our innovations from the past year as we explore what we have learned and where we are going. Exhausted by a year of innovation and “doing everything for the first time” as you plan towards the fall? The Hevraya: A Community of Practice for Rabbinic Innovators
Just as Shimon Bar Yochai emerged from his cave, we clergy are also re-entering the world anew. How can we apply the wisdom we have attained, while also ensuring we are attuned to where our people are? Join a collaborative cohort of clergy peers and engage with some mentors/coaches as we consider how to move forward in a sustainable and spiritual way. This community will be one in which we learn together, share ideas, find opportunities to collaborate, and find support to help build a sustainable practice of innovation and try to mitigate potential burnout.
